  1. How do I get my files to you? NMC uses several different delivery methods depending on your location.
  2. How do I know you received my file/documentation?
    • No matter how you choose to send your files NMC will email you a confirmation number letting you know that we received your documentation.
  3. What happens to the physical file after it is electronically stored?
    • We can send physical file back to you, or we can shred physical file and email you a certificate of destruction.
  4. How long do you keep electronic copy of file?
    • When files have reached their required retention period NMC will arrange for the deletion of files.
  5. How do I know when file is ready to view?
    • We will send out an email confirmation that your file is complete and ready to view.
  6. How do I know that my electronic file is safe and secure?
    • Keeping you and your customer's valuable information private and secure is our top priority. NMC is continually implementing solutions to improve security.     • Unlike other companies that may charge you up to 30.00 for a 3 hour turn time. We give you instant access to your files 24 hours a day 7 days a week thru secure user id & alpha numeric password
